TRAVERTINE RED DIRT RESTORATION

This semi shaded travertine lanai was discolored by red dirt and hard water. The deep restorative clean, light polish and seal transformed the flooring.

PORCELAIN LANAI, LAHAINA MAUI

This home in Launiupoko sub has a beautiful porcelain lanai. It had some moisture issues under tiles, which caused a lot of efflorescence and deterioration in grout. Also had areas where standing water collected from irrigation. We approached it with a good deep cleaning. We cut out all the floor grout and color matched new to original color. We also patched some of the edges where we suspect water from irrigation getting between substrate and tiles.

We sealed it up with some Dry Treat stain proof. Irrigation is diverted away from lanai. With proper maintenance this tile and grout lanai should last for many years.
