This beautiful drive way installed by the builder of this home. This drive way held up nicely but out in kapalua everything needs a little more maintenance. We performed a deep cleaning to remove dirt, hard water staining and build up throughout driveway. We touched up the light grey stain throughout and black boarders to bring back the appearance and beauty that was intended from the beginning.

LIMESTONE COUNTER TOP

This was a very unique limestone vanity. It was full of shells and fossils. This piece had very soft spots in some areas. Polishing had to be done using a couple varying pads and polishing methods, as not to over polish giving an orange peeled surface

We were able to remove all damage (etch marks), keep it flat and smooth and achieve a nice sheen

INFINITY EDGE HARD WATER REMOVAL

HOTEL LOBBY STONE REFRESH

We were fortunate to get the opportunity to work on this project. These floors haven’t been properly maintained in years.

We were able to get floors deep cleaned. Then followed up by polishing steps to give that high sheen look. Then treated with a hydrophobic sealant.

No coatings or waxes were used.

CONCRETE POOL COPING

We have the privilege of maintaining this pool for a wailea property. The existing coating on the coping was failing and was becoming very brittle. Not to mention didn’t look to good.

We restored pool deck quartzite tile. Removed and replaced joint filler material.

Next we stripped off existing coating on the with a specialized process which also added texture for slip resistance. We used a cementitious top coat as a base for our color stain, and then sealed with a WB matte finish acrylic.

Drastic Quartzite Difference - Old Floor New Life

This was some exterior quartzite flooring. Quartzite is a great material for lanais, pool decks and exterior areas that get a lot of weather, traffic and wear.

This is a project in Wailea, Maui. Kihei and Wailea are known for getting an extreme amount of UV, salt air, and red dirt. Exterior Quartzite. Old floor, needed a lot of work. Once again a good example of restoration vs replacement This owner will get some extra years out of his existing floors.
