HOTEL ROOM FLOOR

This was a sample room for a hotel renovation. This was a porcelain floor with stained grout. There was multiple colors installed from repairs done through the years.

We deep cleaned floors and light polished the tiles to revive the dingy and aged finish. Normally porcelain doesn’t need polishing but the added step made a big difference on this particular floors appearance.

We then carefully cut out every grout line to a 1/4” depth including verticals.

We then proceeded to regrout with laticrete permacolor grout. Floor was finished off with a penetrating sealer for added protection

Some might say this is over kill, but I say it’s thorough. Very happy to bring back to life an outdated floor
